Where they started
Dr. Stefan Reinhardt and his partner had hired three agencies before us. The first built a slick site that did not handle Austrian insurance billing. The second ran broad Facebook ads that brought in tire-kickers, not booking patients. The third disappeared after six weeks. What we built and ran

- 3Optimized the Google profile for "Physiotherapie Graz", "Manuelle Therapie", and post-surgery rehab keywords
- 4Wrote 12 condition-specific landing pages targeting the actual searches Austrian patients run (Bandscheibenvorfall, Kreuzbandriss-Reha, Tennisarm)
- 5Set up a referral-friendly post-treatment email asking satisfied patients for a Google review and a referral to their GP
